Library returning system
Video clips of users at Århus Library.
The two first users experience errors with the scanner that reads the barcode. The confusion occurs as the screen animation indicates that the items need to be placed differently. The last user, an elderly woman, experiences major difficulties as the system expects an understanding of barcode scanning technology.
