Library returning system
Interactive interview with the librarians at Aarhus Library. The aim was to gain knowledge of their work to ensure that our changes to the system would not have negative consequences for them. Positive and negative aspects of the existing system were listed, and the negatives (red post-its) were grouped into problem areas. Each problem area was brainstormed and yellow post-its were listed as possible solutions for improvements.
