Library returning system
Workshop at Crisplant's test area. Three users, one librarian and one represeantative from Crisplant participated in a multi-activity two-hour session. The goal was to get the different stakeholders together to create a dialog, and trigger suggestions and discussions of possible design solutions. We used user video footage, acting out, post-it brainstorming and rapid prototyping to engage and encourage creativity among the participants.
